Dalenys is looking for a growth team member to fill a strategy and execution position for content marketing, web optimization, and SEO performance.

In this role, you will focus your efforts on creating content, generating engagement across the company’s channels (websites, blog, social media, events), improving conversion and providing a better user experience, including journey mapping, web data analysis, multivariate testing, and personalization experiments.

You will be part of the Growth team, leading our content strategy, and report directly to the Head of Growth. This role will require strong collaboration and alignment with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product and Customer Success teams.

MAIN MISSION

  • Define the content strategy to generate demand
  • Create and write appealing marketing collaterals (ebooks, white papers, guides, emails, landing pages…) for inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Define multi-channel marketing campaigns with the growth team that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns to grow customer acquisition
  • Develop SEO-driven content to increase awareness and traffic
  • Track impact of SEO and content initiatives, understand analytics and data and using them to create effective content strategies.

Profil requis

  • 5+ years experience in SEO, finance / technology writing, or content strategy
  • Experience in B2B and/or fintech
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Creative Thinking
  • English native speaker (or fluent)
