Do you have a claim?

You can make any Claim via one of the following communication channels :

By Simple Notification: claims@dalenys.com;

By Confirmed Notification: Dalenys Payment, Customer Service, 55 rue Raspail 92300 Levallois-Perret, France;

By the Extranet: by filling out the contact form provided for this purpose and forwarding it to Dalenys.

After acknowledging receipt of the Claim, Dalenys commits to provide an answer addressing all points raised in the Claim no later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt of the Claim. In exceptional situations, if an answer can’t be given within the aforementioned period for reasons beyond the control and / or the will of Dalenys, you will be informed of additional time to respond to the Claim. In any case, you will receive a definitive answer no later than two (2) months after receipt of the Claim.

If no agreement could be found or in the event of an unsatisfactory response to the Complaint, you may take the Dalenys mediator in writing without prejudice to other legal action available to him: Mediator of AFEPAME, Association payment institutions and electronic money, 36 rue Taitbout – 75009 Paris, France. The mediation procedure suspends the limitation periods.

For all intents and purposes, it is recalled that the mediator does not deal with the Claims relating to freedom of tariff, the freedom to contract or the termination of the contractual relationship.
