ACPR [French authority attached to the Banque de France and responsible for supervising the banking and insurance sectors] added SEPA Direct Debit to Dalenys Payment’s scope of permission.

Be2bill, the payment solution provided by Dalenys Payment, is growing fast since its launch in 2012; this extension of permission confirms its rise as the 1st Fintech in France in the payment industry.

The SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) scheme allows a biller to collect funds from a debtor's account in Europe. A signed mandate must be granted by the payer to the biller. Be2bill now has an authorization for payment services 3a, 3c and 5, which cover all the payment transactions by card, debit and credit transfers.

This extension is consistent with Be2bill’s purpose to position itself as the go-to payment partner for merchants. With Be2bill, every single payment is managed from end to end, whatever the payment method or channel (online, on mobile or in store). This contributes once again to Be2bill’s unique goal: simplifying payments to generate more sales.

Consult our authorization on the ACPR website.
